Project Description:
This project involved the complete transformation of an existing elementary school into a fully functional office space and headquarters for Parks Canada in Yoho National Park. SVEMY Construction executed an extensive design-build renovation, including architectural upgrades, hazardous material removal, and selective interior demolition. The scope also encompassed the installation of new partitions, mechanical and water system upgrades, a modern fire alarm system, and the construction of a new sewer line connection. The project delivered a fully modernized workspace tailored to the operational needs of PCA, ensuring long-term functionality and environmental compliance.
